Fingerprint Activated Credit Cards
Just the other day I wrote that I thought that credit card pins would not catch on in the United States. Today, I found an article about a company that is betting that fingerprint scanning technology embedded in credit cards will replace signatures and pins. Smartmetric predicts that fingerprint credit cards will protect consumers from identity theft and save banks hundreds of millions of dollars.
